I don't know or can't remember my User ID?

Your User ID will be your contract number(numbers only) if you created your online account prior to January 1, 2019, otherwise it will be a custom User ID.

How do I create an account?

Step 1: CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT

Go to our Register Now page, and create an account.

  • Select SEIB Member Account as your Account Type if you currently have a policy with the State Employees' Insurance Board (SEIB).
    • Have your insurance card ready, you will need your contract number beginning with 901 (the three letter prefix is not needed).
  • Select New State Employee as your Account Type if you are a new State employee with a participating agency and wish to sign up for health insurance benefits.
    • Your payroll officer will provide you with the details to create your account.

Step 2: CONFIRM NEW ACCOUNT

Be sure to use an easy to access email account when you register because you will have to verify your account through a verification email you will receive. If you do not immediately receive the email, check your junk email folder and then add it to the safe senders list.

NOTE: You must click the verify link in the Verification Email before you can login.
