Create a User Account

Step:

Please select the type of account that you would like to create:

SEIB Member Account

Select this account type if you currently have a policy with the State Employees' Insurance Board (SEIB)

New State Employee

Select this account type if you are a new State employee with a participating agency and wish to sign up for health insurance benefits. If you have previously been employed, you will need to use the SEIB Member account option.

(Note: Your payroll officer will provide you with the details to create your account. )

Inmate Healthcare Account / Mental Health Healthcare Account

Select this account type if you need access to the Inmate Healthcare portal and/or the Mental Health Healthcare portal.

If you already have an Inmate Healthcare Account and need access to the Mental Health Healthcare portal or vice versa then please call 1-334-263-8391 or 1-866-280-9506 so you can use the same User ID to access both portals.

(Note: Account must be approved and activated by an Account Specialist before you can login.)
